“Chances are good that if a company is a finalist to present at UTR, it will receive funding of some kind”, says eWeek writer Chris Preimesberger.
And he’s right – the track record is good. 71% of UTR alumni have raised funding, 26% have been acquired, and the amount raised by companies averages $14M. Numbers like that don’t belong to companies that are still under the radar – UTR alumni are fast out of the gate and their success is a direct result.
Of the 23 solid companies that presented at Under the Radar last week, eWeek has identified a first list of 10 to watch closely, and commentary on the remaining 13 will follow in the coming weeks. Check out these company descriptions here and keep an eye out for the funding that’s sure to find these companies in the wake of UTR.
