Congrats to the YuMe team (@YuMeVideo) – they recently filed for a $65M IPO! As people begin to watch more and more video content online, YuMe is helping advertisers keep up by connecting advertisers with relevant videos and audiences. They also help provide video advertising on mobile devices, computers, and TVs.

When filing, they wrote: “We help our advertising customers overcome the complexities of delivering digital video advertising campaigns in a highly fragmented environment where dispersed audiences use a growing variety of Internet-connected devices to access thousands of online and mobile websites and applications. We believe our digital video-brand advertising solution exceeds the efficacy and enhances the reach of traditional television advertising.”

YuMe presented at UTR in 2007 and won Best In Show (Judges Choice). To date, they have raised $72.9M in venture funding from Accel Partners, BV Capital, DAG Ventures, Intel Capital, Khosla Ventures, Menlo Ventures, Samsung Venture, and Translink Capital.
